We have been hard at work on Ghostship and have re-done the Ghostship web site.
We have reached enough funding to get the oculus rift dev kit to get Ghostship up and running with Oculus Rift. We are 1% to our target fund, our indiegogo campaign has only a couple of weeks left. We NEED YOUR SUPPORT! If we don't come close to our target then we will be seeking private investment which will affect release schedules, content of the game and probably even the price to bring it more in-line with other games of this type and style. We will keep you posted about this!

The web site reflects a lot of changes, additions and refinements we have made to the overall game. We have re-hashed the story mode which is now much easier and very different as well as included the helmet view which is awesome. There is still a few refinements to be made like head-bob speed etc but we are still awaiting funding to get more work done on the programming side.
Alpha 0.36 is available for express download to members on our new web site. The public release here on Desura will be very soon, we are confirming a release date with Desura and will keep you posted.
We have had some much needed and much appreciated help with the sound design and voice acting. As well as an overhaul of the visuals and animation much more is in the new alpha such as 2 more enemy types, Helmet view, new & more survival horror styled Story mode (much easier now) and deck 2 is included in the alpha so you even more to explore for free. We will be releasing the final Ghostship Alpha at the end of August/Beginning of September which will include full oculus rift support, controller support, all decks in operations & the sub access corridor and some optimizations. This will be the the final alpha which is exclusive to members and will proceed the first Beta Release on Halloween. The first beta will be released on Halloween, and if you have the Oculus Rift Kit you are in for treat, Ghostship on Oculus Rift should be one of the scariest games you have played!
When we get a confirmed release date for the new Alpha here on desura we will let you know and also include details of all the changes.
