So over the past three weeks was a delicate time of healing and reform. It was extremely painful might I add, however we seem to be progressing at a normal and steady rate, pushing to complete hopefully half the mod by New Years. I am very sorry for the long wait and from here on out, I will try to stay updated and post at least 1 article a month for the project. Aside from that, I am forging new states based off of special regions or factual counties in real life's map. So far I made three batched of states, likely more than 30 new states so far and I would like to share with you a nice sneak peak of what we've been up to.
On the side note however, ideology icons are still needed but thankfully we only need the other remaining six to complete the collection, as well as making flags and adjusting the history files for the countries. If anybody who reads this wants to join, there's a discord link in the header description and I hope we make you feel very welcome to observing this construction process.

Hello good morning, I am glad that the mod continues despite the difficulties. I have a question is the compatible version of the mod 1.11 with the dlc or without the dlc.?
It's compatible with 1.11 and I will attempt to bypass dlc to stop the requirements.
