We do have a singleplayer campaign planned. Coop mission are not on our agenda at the moment, but we will certainly consider adding them if it is a popular request amongst the players.

Yes, we will add third-person shooting. It's been a popular demand and we want to try to incorporate as much player feedback as possible.
While SOCOM has been a great inspiration, this won't be a 1:1 copy of it. We are still developing a new game.
