I think you can spawn in SCP-001, check the console commands list
for this mod. (You can spawn in scp-001 the command is : spawnitem scp001

Pull the .exe out of the file and run it. It's virus free, thanks to loxa for solving this.

Are you using 1.0.0.0 or build 05?`(Build 05 doesn't work anymore)

Have you tried running it yourself? (But my csharp is still the build 05 csharp, Also something about Windows Defender SmartScreen)
