Unreal 2.5 actually. A heavily modded (By TWI) version of the UE2 engine.

You install it to your killing floor folder. So on a mac "user/*your user name*/library/application support/steam/steamapps/common/killing floor/" extract the folders to this location, (Animations, Textures, System etc) Don't forget serverperks. Launch the game, goto solo, select the new gametype from the list and turn on the mutators, select a map and boom. You should be playing.

Remember this isn't a total conversion, simply a extensive mod. Maps and gamemodes may or may not appear as time goes by. Same with xenos crawling with shot off limbs. Doable? Yes. Practical when everything is considered? Not really.
