wow. When something like that happens to me, in the extreme case, I delete all the files except for custom stories, redownload the game from the website and instal it.
Then again, I have the retail version.
It's kinda hard to fix when i can't look at the files.

there is a difference, but it's hard to tell. You can see it when you have the lantern out. Try it. The unicorn's lanterns move up and down while Daniel's moves kinda side to side.

Yeah, the lantern is missing for a reason. We wanted them to have the lanterns in their mouths. Sounds easy to do right? wrong. It seems the only real way to do this is to edit the animation, which neither of us can do yet.
We've tried to add magic particles to the lanterns, but nothing we've tried so far looks good or had issues. It's a big reason why the release date was held back. We just decided to release now (it's been so long) and fix that later.

I was just thinking that you might have accidentally put them in the wrong folder like i did once. Was it just your sound? Your height should have decreased too. When you put the folder in it should ask you to overwrite a bunch of files.
I'm not sure what else could be wrong.

I just downloaded it again and it works for me. Are you sure you put the sounds folder in correctly? Could you try again?

Hi. I like to do things, things that I take interest in, from time to time. I jump around from one thing to another and my attention changes. I nerd out about things so whatever I'm obsessing over something at that moment then I need to express it in someway (this varies). The best example I can give you is at one point I was following My little pony while playing amnesia and I saw Rainbowrehash's mod, decided to download it, then got annoyed that there were no splashing noises for running, so I fixed it. My brain likes to jump around a lot, so it's not unusual for me to disappear for months then come back with a lot of stuff at once.
