finally in college and the same old RTS addict that i am. been modding for C&C3 tiberium wars lately, and doing some a little step up in challenging myself in 3d modelling. from doing tanks i currently am modelling gundams, in the hopes of being able to establish a gundam-based game on the UDK after i master animation and texturing ;) but i doubt that's gonna be any time soon..

Description

the lancer heavy plasma tank is USA's epic unit, being able to destroy light armor vehicles in one shot (it could even finish a battle master in one shot) of its extremely powerful plasma cannon, developed by suntech labs; an american and japanese run research lab in oklahoma founded in 2052. it took them almost 2 years to finally finish the tank. but the tank comes at an expense; each one costing some $30,000,000 each (in real life but $3000 in game) but it was cheap in the long run. it has heavy armor, exceptional speed and freakish firepower. the cannon had some issues though; every time the scientist test fired the weapon, the cannon would deform due to the immense blast created by the cannon, but they had a solution: reinforcing the cannon with a series of platinum rings and steel bars.
