Sweden has a lot of these bands nowadays. I really enjoy them quite a lot, they're putting out some of my favourite ****.

Normally I don't like governments stepping in to regulate things as frivolous as video games, but I'd be glad to see the likes of EA, Ubisoft and Activision eat **** for the slimey tactics they've been using as of late.

It's different, for sure. I like how evil it sounds, though.

I've played a bit of all but never completed any of them. I started with the worst one; Thief 3 on the original Xbox which is definitely not a good place to start. They seem good, but I got a massive backlog to complete and never got around to delving too deep into any of them.

If critics don't have enough respect for their audience to focus solely on the music rather than baby-mama-drama dogshit, then they don't deserve anyone's viewership. If you wanna rally against Nazis and other ********, fine, that's great. Run a blog dedicated to critiquing band members specifically, but don't become a *music* critic if your real goal is to be a moral busybody

I agree. It's more experimental lyrically than previous albums. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a concept album about mind control, gangstalking and other Alex Jones-ian ****, which is why it's called Esoteric Warfare. I guess the sound of the music is supposed to reflect that feeling of disorientation and paranoia which presumably comes with being under someone/something's control and surveillance.

I consider it to be horror. The way things are filmed, how a lot of the sets are drenched in darkness with lights just barely illuminating everyone, or awash with a hellish red hue.

It highlights the decline into insanity, and how Willard is following the same path Kurtz did, becoming an emotionless killer. Nobody in the movie is heroic, almost everyone they meet on their journey is insane, and the crew themselves are slowly going crazy due to the sheer terror and violence they're experiencing. It's like being in a nightmare dreamscape.

One of the most unsettling scenes was when they stopped their boat at a bridge where heavy fighting was taking place. As they arrived, soldiers clambered through the water, trying to swim to them and be brought back home. They had been defending the bridge for weeks, and every time it was blown up by the VC they'd rebuild it over and over. Willard tries to find their commanding officer, but can't find anyone and nobody even knows who their CO is anymore. They're just stuck in a loop of death and anguish over and over, never to be relieved. To me, that's ******* horrifying.

There's a program called flawless widescreen which solves the widescreen issues with KOTOR. Then you can download a modification on WSGF.org that fixes the HUD. Runs pretty well after that.

I played as a Scoundrel my first time through, with duel blasters. When you become a Jedi, I believe I was a sentinel. The class system is kinda messed up though, since I obviously wasted a lot of my skill points on projectile weapons even though you pretty much have to become a lightsaber toting Jedi.

Still, that game is fantastic. Wish BioWare would make another one. But then again, given how much they're ******* up lately, maybe it would be better to leave well enough alone.

Yup, his preposterous nationalistic ideology should be mocked and derided, but since he made decent black metal 20 years ago he gets a pass. If only he was the one who ****** off into the afterlife, instead of Euronymous. We'd have 20 years of sweet black metal, instead of 20 years of some retard fiddling around with a ukulele and talking about D&D

Yep, Burzum is baby's first black metal. His current fanbase consists almost universally of black metal newfags and emos. It's that sorta Charlie Manson prison wife phenomenon, where women gravitate towards serial killers and such. It's really ******* pathetic.

This band really exceeds my expectations every time I listen to them. Usually not a fan of this genre, but they add enough melody for me to overlook the more 'core-influenced stuff. Plus I dig their message.
