Is this a sex simulator?

If there's one thing this game needs, it's a sex simulator mod. :)

The wood looks like it's made of plastic. The only weapon you guys re-modeled that I don't like the look of!

I do want to make one suggestion; the toxic water looks exactly like the toxic water from HL1. Everything else looks great. Maybe you could use the toxic water from Portal? That looked great.

This is going to be awesome.

I think this could use some tweaks here and there, but it would be cool to have a Second Life-like thing for HL2.

Hey Spyder, at least I'm not some idiot seven year old who goes around calling people morons for the most idiotic reasons. Why don't you go back to watching Rugrats or Spongebob Squarepants or whatever the hell it is you seven year olds watch these days, at leave the big shows to the big boys? Given most of the games here, you're probably too young to be here or play any of these games. I wouldn't go around insulting your elders if I was in your position.

Oh, and since you took the time to point out a little mistake, aren't you spending too much time on your "compooter"? Shouldn't you be outside getting some fresh air, and while you're at it, a life?

The purpose of the mod is to bring back the glory days of the N64 Goldeneye's multiplayer, as well as add things in there that they always wanted. Single-player would be nice, especially from such a talented team, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I think it's safe to say that Sven 2 won't be coming out any time soon. Dead!

Hey, this isn't the place to post an idea for a game and recruit a team. That's what the forums are for. What the moddb games list is for is to show the people games that are already being worked on, and have a good chance of coming out. You see that there are 989 registered mods, right? Well, not even half of those will ever see the light of day. Show me some real stuff, and I will respect your mod.

The tram stops before it goes into that cavern section and just stays there. Also, after the first loading screen, the tram voices just stop.

Reading the horrible grammar on this board, it's no wonder Garry installed a Smartness detector on Facepunch Studios.

DAMN STRAIGHT! This game is so awesome, it reinvents the word awesome! When I play this game, my head will explode 3 TIMES, and I will regrow my head to play some more! Here's hoping for a release soon! I've been waiting for this since it got announced...

I bought UT2004 for $10 so I could play this, and I'll be able to try it in a week, seeing as I'm on vacation right now.

OW! "Hero's Return" by Hammerfall always makes me want to jump up and lead a charge into a hoarde of enemies. Great trailer!

Onemic, people need to support themselves. $10 is not a lot to ask, and even if it was $30 or $40 I would buy it! It is now no longer a mod but a full-fledged game, and have you noticed how it is the #1 seller right now on Steam? I hate people like you who have nothing better to do than sitting around forums, posting negative things.

Why the hell do you think its dead? Honestly, people in this community jump to conclusions way too soon. It says on their website that the reason they don't update is it lets them work harder.

GMaster, please show it to me. It's a great mod, isn't it? Anyway, that sounds like that little flash thingie with all of those balls moving to do something...but what is it? Ever see that Simpsons episode where he gets that contraption, and after all that show, all it does is shoot you in the gut? I was laughing for hours.

Because its basically an open toolbox. Toolboxes are always fun!

Remaking Doom 3 for Half-Life 2? Cool!

Kester, it's a demo! It's not like they're going to add 25 maps to their first release. And it may not be that polished right now, but it'll get better. As for your comments on the other components, in my opinion they are great, and you should give it more time before you start mouthing off. On the internet, people say what they never would say in real life. That's the problem with an online community; too much hate going around. Also, if you hate it so much, why are you sticking around the comments page to see people respond to your comments?

The same goes for some other people; it's a demo. Get over it.

Yeah, that would fit into the storyline, because Gordon Freeman is a scientist and all that jazz.

My PC can handle HL2, but not HDR. Can you please make it so the game is playable without HDR? Thanks.

Damn! These visuals are so bright, they're completely blinding! I had to rest my eyes for a while after I played.

I don't know, the guns don't have the same oomph as they do in other games. And even the rocket launchers feel underpowered! My suggestion for you is to make them feel more powerful, and somehow make the game more fun.

I really love it! It's so fun to play. Truly great work.

It's not coming out for a while, believe me. They're even working on the original right now! They're going to release the Gold Edition of their HL1 mod, then get back to work on this one. So bumguy, to answer your suspicions, no they aren't dead, just working heavily on the original.
