Anyways, this looks really cool and you have my full support. One thing I would suggest though is creating a better summary of the game. One sentence isn't really a very good descriptor of a game that's supposed to be about ascent ion from type 1 to type 2. Also, your title doesn't have a space between "Terran" and "Ascension" but your black purple banner thing does. :P
Oh and one last thing. I just thought i would throw this out there, but I think it would be pretty cool if in the game you could screw things up (purposely or accidentally) and have humanity plummet from type 1 to type 0 with nuclear Armageddon or something of that nature. Maybe "Canticle of Lebowitz" style or something. :P
