Give me paper and a pencil. Gimp isn't very artistic for me, blurry blur.

You can use Inkscape.
Inkscape.org
And the tool "draw freehand lines", along with setting the Smoothing parameter to about 50%.
You'll obtain results as if you'd draw it manually on a piece of paper. ;-)
