The game is currently out and is stable, so it can be bought? It is nowhere near finished, and if the guy needs extra money to make it he is free to as it. Lotsa people seem willing to provide it, and I doubt you even know how much making a game costs.

They make you wait so they can actually get to work on the game, that's not worthy of any criticism, thats you being an unpatient child.

There isn't. I think it adds nicely to the atmosphere, you can watch how many bullets you have left by pressing your Reload key, if that is what you mean.
