Is there a way to save our progress on our Newgrounds account? I played the game somewhere and upon coming home, I found out only my medals were saved. 10 levels, and some hard-to-catch Pokemon... :(

Suggestions:
-Turn us into a trainer upon entering a location without wild Pokemon.
-When we are high leveled compared to wilds, have 5-10 come at us from all directions.
-Some sort of punishment for dying.
-Random mini-bosses that appear by chance every time we enter a new area.
-Not have only the lass tell us what to do.
-More of a plot, more characters.

Want:
-Abilities, leveling up to change moves.

What I love:
-Epic Pokemon graphics.
-Gamestyle.
-The bosses.

I really don't understand how to play this thing, the game file crashes 100% of the time.
