hmm.. i believe there no surviving Safavids but it just alternate history so that be more interesting than just "Historical" event what happen in real life.. i mean since you planning to add Reuniting Portugal and Brazil as one country and Greater Portugal or Zulu Empire so why not?
also again (sorry) the event could be goes more like Japanese revolution or French revolution "Napoleon III Coup de Etat" event
also i believe most of Persian event that happen in 19th century most of them is war with British raj or try resist Russian influence from the north..

If for Historical event probably not much you can add for Persia most of them already added in HFM.
probably add Alt History like restoration old dynasty like restoration Safafid Dynasty and make like French Colonial reconquest Event

maybe you not place the file in right place or have some download/internet problem when process download it.. so try download it again because mine working properly as it is.. especially this "MESS" mod

*Note if you proceed the loading screen,if you try ALT+TAB it may have chance Crash but that okay, its not problem if you open Vic2 again

is it just me or my downloading process very slow like 5-8 hour to download it?
