I am a composer and multi instrumentalist. My main musical interests lie in anything which takes my interest. From classical to rock to electronic to ambient and back with my added twist.
YAY!!!!
I finally got around to uploading the ever increasing backlog of tracks!
There are seven new tracks in my downloads (in no Particular order):
Dream - an ambient idea.
Alien Onslaught - an electronic piece with an obvious theme.
80's Thing - 80's Dance track...You have been warned!
Office Party - a strange blend of techno and elevator music.
My three first jazz pieces, each trying a different style:
Victory in the Office
Marvelous Mischief
The Slippery Saboteur
I hope you can take some time to go and check them out and as usual your feed back is welcome.
Enjoy,
samGwise

nice sonata, very dissonant.
I know it's a little late, but thanks for the watch! VioFlem's gonna kick some trash once it's out.
sup!? added a new track...its a bit rough around the edges but was fun to create...i applied for undertones a while back but i haven't been very active lately...but im getting back into the swing of things...as for your "composers block" yea i suppose ive been there, i usually find a solution by browsing reason tutorials to learn new tricks and create new patches...reason has a lot to offer and it would be sweet if i could post a zip folder with a bunch of effect and combi patches ive pieced together...soon ill get me eager hands on reason 4
Funny you should mention browsing reason tutorials I've started and finished a piece since I posted that blog (though I still have to upload it). I saw one reason tutorial about creating a space echo effect which requires some use of feed back. Since then I've been experimenting more and more with feed back based synthesis. I found made some interesting stuff like a controlled feedback loop that has a passive form but gets more active when there's input. When the input dies down it goes back to normal. I'll have a look at uploading it.
i recommend exploring the MAx/Msp tutorials for good info on feedback based synthesis!
yea...the last tutorial i got lost in involved audio out clipping...they lost me with the spider audio/CV merger & splitter and some manual wiring
that sounds rather elaborate for avoiding clipping. do you have a link for it?
well it was a tutorial on www.grooveboxmusic.com and its in the members tutorial section but im not subscriber anymore
Hey up cheers for the add, nice stuff you have here ;)
hey samGwise, thanks for the add!
