I cant make this work....I cant extract the files correctly it seems, do I need to have winzip for this? Im trying to do it without it. Do I just put the .rar file in the folder?

I cant seem to make this mod work, since I don't see all the change do I just install the files to this file location?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Freeman Guerrilla Warfare\Freeman Guerrilla Warfare_Data\StreamingAssets\Tables
