New Update changes
This is an update that fixes all the older issues. and add some new stuff, the big changes will come in the next update and expect even more when the devs release some tools.
An update that fixes the quest bugs,armor factory giving a helmet, lower the price and quality of older guns.
Also added a new unit that acts as a Heavy late game unit. made all Heroes have 50% on all stats (5/10 major stats)(50/100 Proficincy)
Major changes to Early and Mid game units.
Light Units /Sight Range min 0.8 max 1.2 /Speed min 1.0 max 2.0
Average Units /Sight Range min 1.0 max 1.5 /Speed min 1.0 max 1.5
Heavy Units /Sight Range min 1.5 max 2.5 /Speed min max 1.0 max 2.0
Heroes sight range fixed 3.0 and speed fixed 2.0
Snipers are unchanged.
Starting Options :
Now the starting choises give more value.
Soldier now give 2 Mid quality units. And better stats and 150 health
Army Oficer give one whole squad of 7 Mid quality units and its focus on Army building, health is 100
Thief give 3 looters and 3 bandits and have max out stealing and good agility, but have only 70 health
Doctor give 4 units of VFA unit, its terrible with any guns, but its quite smart. Health of 90
Businessman come with 6 units of Bodyguards, and its the smarter of all other choises. Health of 80
Uprising Leader come with 7 units of Rebel Fighter and its the well rounded choice. Health of 125
Refugee only play if you wanna the HARD MODE...
No easter eggs yet, still working on the unique boss units and weapons variants. Still working on the 6 new faction units and 12 new special buildings. Sorry its taking that much time to update

Weapons Files changes :
The range of SMG/Pistol/Shotgun
Before Min 250 Max 350
Shotgun After Min 75 Max 100
SMG After Min 200 Max 250
Pistol After Min 100 Max 150
This makes the Low tier units stop killing from far away and makes the Ai miss more from Long Ranges

Pistols had their damage increased to a Min 50 and a Max of 70 Damage to balance from the really short range
Shotguns Also had their damage increased by a lot, Now they have a Min 100 and Max of 150 damage making them really deadly and useful gun at close range
SMGs have a Min 40 and Max of 55 damage, Making them a good on early game but mediocre at late game
Rifles had no major changes, i just made all rifles gain +10 Damage and +50 of range Good all around
Snipers have a Min 75 and Max of 200 Damage and +250 Range for all snipers Deadly in good hands
Machine Guns have a Min 50 and Max of 60 Damage but reduced -50 Range

You can use several programs to see the game code for complex modding, but if you are like me and still dont know how to code you can mess with the Easy moddable files and with Resource Hacker Program or Notepad++
you can mod game values and make the game perfect for you.
PRO TIP : Dont add or delete spaces or change the order, just change the Current value, or else this causes the game to go on a Load Loop and the game will not start until you delete the modded file.

Wondered where i got -80 reputation from. Though might have been something else.
Maybe me bribing the Valkyre faction.
Had a firefight, and the trained military troops of the valkyres dominated the lousy bandit units, so thats fine.
The reputation i did not change any value, this is a bug in the base game, The reputation system is still barebones and will be improved in future updates

I cant make this work....I cant extract the files correctly it seems, do I need to have winzip for this? Im trying to do it without it. Do I just put the .rar file in the folder?
Hi i am sorry but you would need to use Winrar or Zip. First you go to the
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Freeman Guerrilla Warfare\Freeman Guerrilla Warfare_Data\StreamingAssets\Tables
Then will will open the Mod Files, You will grab all Txt Files
(Weapon/Soldier/Hero...)
and drop this files on the Tables folder. A Message will pop up asking if you would like to replace the current files for the Mod files, You will accept. And done, you are ready to play.
Bug on the armor factory, it gives spetnazs helmet which the helment factory does.
Also a bug when you find a mission to deliver something to your own city, it gives less than a hundred cash, and about 20 or something below exp.
Suggestions
-is it possible to mod the game to get troops from buildings like getting 1-2 free troops per day? Higher tier battles are expected to have some casualties at some point, and its not easy to replenish troops unlike the AI does.
-Military clothing should give more armor. Maybe buff them to 10 armor or something?
-Gas Masks and goggles should give more armor, maybe 8 or so.
-edit gun ammo? AKS uses a different ammo type rather than the 7.62 that most AK variants use. VK14
-increase some of the companion weapon proficiency. Allow some companions to reach at least 70 to their best proficiency at max level. In the base game, some companions have less than 60 of their best gun. There's even that one with 13 proficiency to all guns.
-increase average companion armor proficiency to 60 or above at max level. Same problem at the one above, some companions are stuck with the most crappy armor.
-lower grenade launcher range? Grenadier and Uman troops are too deadly with this things. And the base game has this bug where they can shoot through cover making this weapon quite devastating on large numbers.
Thats all the suggestions I can think atm.
After messing around the the files, i see it is really simple to edit it yourself. The only thing i cannot make it to work is add new type of troops.
To put it simple just match each column to the title on the top and you can figure it out what's that value for, sometimes the columns is not straight down because of the length of the text input into that column and they're separated by a "TAB". If you want it to be easier to see, open them with Excel.
You can get all of the ID for each item or troops in those files too.

Thank you, i already do that, but the TAB can make your mod not work. I added new troops and modify some values and if you take a single space or changed too much, the game ends up in a Loop Load.
And to add new units you must:
Copy an current unit. Then Change their values and dont delete or add Spaces.

I just realized that in the latest version you made a highest level armor at 100 armor, I was planning on making more clothing, like tactical pants and shirt something greyish, still deciding so I thought that I make the textures, you make the coding and put them in game hehe I'm still learning the ropes in modding this game. Do you know if the mod works without using the weapon tweaks?
(In your readme it says you reduced the range, but I had a look at the files, and on cursory inspection it looks like you actually changed muzzle velocity.
Since those stats seem to actually be based on real life stats I'd prefer to keep them the same as vanilla.)
