Howdy, Now, I think you're doing some good work here, but you need to focus on one mod/project at a time. Working within the scope of what one guy can do will be your best bet, even if you have teams for both mods, choose a favorite, even the guys at Valve don't have the skill to run two teams at once. Good luck!
