Starting with the next client version, you'll be able to configure your in-game hotkeys from the client.
This feature will be included in the upcoming Dawn of the Tiberium Age version 1.16 and most likely also in the next versions of Mental Omega, Twisted Insurrection and CnCNet Yuri's Revenge.
