P.S i find a lot of dont use levels Loading-screens. COOP versions lvl - bait (1 img), Psiops (1 img), stronghold (1 img). DM versions lvls - bait (1 img), offensive. DONT USES LVLS - chircus_football_levsel, Duel, Hill. I think the lvl Hill was seen in that same E3 trailer in moment where marader found himself in the desert. I didnt find anything else for these lvls other than loading screens.

EDITED - I test all dont used lvls in MP and play on this maps. I think this maps created you. I looking for anything information to engine SWARM and him editor maps.
