I saw that, I tried the demo it is very promising, the animations are awesome, and the swarm movements were very satisfying. I would have liked to have more control over the swarm, but I know it's early build, and the demo was still a lot of (short) fun.

DK definetly was a big inspiration for my ant simulator too, indeed. Far more than Simants itself.

Like Wietrack, it's funny to find some similarities between my game and yours (not the same ambitions and quality, though).

Maybe you'll appreciate to have a peek at the simple but quite effective pathfinding system I used, that is inspired by IRL ants with scent trails.
