Not a bug. Look for some steam covering a new open hole to let you out. Some of the sound clips used are misleading like that.

So far it's very good. Normally nothing scares me.
However, when I have 6 stabbers to deal with and a crawler in the same area... I can't live. I agree with SolidSnake27. It's very hard so far.
