In my opinion purges in communist countries must be included, but they mustn't be mandatory, player should have possibility to avoid such stuff.
Also I think purges must be included in some other revolutionary countries, for example Revolutionary France had terrible purges.

They still use Russian Tech because it works. Remember that in real life when Soviet Union and China had border clashes, China still used Russian tech.

То есть если ваш проект коммерческий (если некоммерческий можно юзать бесплатно) цена лицензий различается для компаний и для индивидуальных разработчиков. Самая дешевая лицензия так вовсе стоит 95 зеленых.
