Whenever I try to change my race it crashes

Ohh ok, sorry to bother you then, was just wondering.

Is there a reason my men don't follow orders during a siege? I chose Dunedain at the beginning and went through a lot to build me a pure Dunedain army. I went south to help Gondor retake Osgiliath, and I lost nearly half my army because they just ran forward blindly charging into a horde of Orcs. Is this a bug?
