Wasn't there a video of this game where two players were using hang-gliders? Are they still in the game?

I've got some kind of problem... When I launch the game on my computer, everything is fine until I launch a new game... There's absolutely nothing written, only the pictures. For example, I see my characters (their photo) but not their name underneath. Any ideas on how to fix this?
