It's literally the same mod but with badly upscaled and graffiti'd weapons. No credit was given to the PB team either, which you have to do when making a fork like this.

Putting your mod under a no-derivatives license was a ****** move, as was this. The Victors was in development hell for the good part of a decade, and because of you I'll probably never get to experience it. Go to hell.

Where's the download?

Does this utilize DEHEXTRA, BEX, or just regular dehacked?

This could definitely benefit from a spawn gun. Would eliminate the need to constantly go in and out of menus

Dead game?

The game list really needs to be updated. Wikipedia lists 20 different games made on this engine, some of which share clear resemblance to Xpand Rally (UAZ 4x4 Racing, Classic Car Racing, GTI Racing, GM Rally, etc.)

I must say I'm surprised nobody has made a mod for even one of these games. If the people at Techland managed to make several racing games with this one engine, then surely someone could be able to modify it themselves.

When using this in GZDoom when OBS is open, it causes it to crash. OBS doesn't need to be recording, if it is even open, GZDoom will crash. I've been meaning to make a video of Project Brutality with this visor, and the crashes have been preventing me from doing so. Please fix this
