Pardon, I have a question and a criticism.
Bad news first, in the map you have posted above the rivers are highly illogical. A river never splits for longer then a few km's, and not a single river in this world splits thrice with each going into the sea.
Besides a delta of course, but deltas are small.
Next, question. I've read your PDF but I must clarify, you mean role-playing as in something similar to Pen and Paper? Where players role-play with each-other? But, even if its not like that I'd like to offer my services, I can do very little besides provide some art support, albeit not the best with creatures (Including humanoids.)
But, what I excel in is map-making, I'm not sure if you'd even have a map system or something similar. Sadly, I have no experience in programming so I'd be able to offer nothing but those, if you could somehow contact me via skype. Username is eViLe_eAgLe
