NEVERMIND, I just kept hitting
"This is treason!" at the end event, so nobody actually seceded. Sorry, I thought this was a bug, but being able to avert total Gran Colombia death is great. I just wish I thought to do something different sooner. I got tagswitched to the League of Cemanahuac, and was able to do the playthrough I wanted.
Although the partial success Aztlan cannot choose a path either, and that actually kind of sucks if the player does the partial success path.
How the heck do I get the Nahua to revolt successfully? I intentionally make the congress fail everytime, and I never get the option to dissolve Gran Colombia, or even get Mexico to form.
The decision to dissolve the nation disappears when I win the revolution.
I just wanted to play an Aztec LARP, and I cannot dissolve Gran Colombia, in-fact every attempt to sabotage the country just works out better for the nation as a whole.
I want to watch it explode, and I have no means of dissolving it. I cannot find a guide on how to play as the revolt anywhere as well. How do I trigger the mingsplosion of Gran Colombia? I've tried to do everything as in the diary and nothing seems to happen.
This is quite possibly a legitimate bug that will probably be addressed in the next update. It's probably a phobos-related issue, since we're running an unstable build (my mistake here) at the moment. So it's something that might end up getting fixed.
Sorry, GDI and Nod literally have no content at this time, and their development is on hiatus so that we can situate the primary RA+CC factions.
If we had building and infantry SHP artists we could possibly have GDI and Nod in a semi-functional state, since it wouldn't be difficult to program all of the units. It's a matter of art assets at this point, and I don't want to just copy+paste from TS and render some C&C3; units and call it a day.
And no, i'm not talking out of my *** when it comes to the programming part. Genuinely it only needs a "few" lines of ini code, an art entry (and sequence), and some playtesting to make a fully functional unit on the TS/RA2 engine.

Forgot about the debug superweapons until last minute.
Technically the main release will be probably a year or two from now. But pre-alpha, alpha, beta, etc will always be public access and available for playing/playtesting. I did this system so people don't have to wait to try out what's been developed thus far.

Revision One is taking a bit longer than intended. But development has not been halted.
We're severely focusing on balance this update, and working to flesh out the factions and optimize the workload.

Alright, is it with the launcher or trying to start any match in the launcher?
If it's with the launcher, try deleting dxgi.dll and dxgi.log from the resources folder, and the installation folder. Also install the Microsoft XNA Framework 4.0 Microsoft.com
If it's ingame, and you're using CnC-DDraw, you will have to disable fullscreen and fullscreen windowed. CC's CnC-DDraw automatically puts the game into fullscreen windowed.
Also make sure you aren't running gamemd.exe in any compatibility mode.

If you haven't noticed the page doodads at the bottom of certain forms are not cooperating with my inputs.
At the current moment you have to drag-select highlight the mods in "You may also like" to see their proper names if their mod creator hasn't put a proper logo with a name seeable. This was not intentional, and it's a problem I hope to fix within the coming week.
The only way for the mod to not survive is for me to give up.
On top of this all, in the asset department, I'm using primarily public assets and other publicly available content, with obvious tweaks to make things fit in place.
I am not moronic enough to pick a fight with Mental Omega either. CC and MO can exist at the same time.
If Rise of the East can survive, Cerebral Cascade can too.
Not everyone wants to play MO or RR only, other mods will always exist. I may be busy IRL, but I make time to work on this project whenever possible. I have a decent team of contributors who pitch in as well. Right now I want to focus on balance and such before I work on the campaign, which is having its story written as I type.

Alright, try launching one of the exes from the resources folder. I'm not sure why this bug is happening, but i'm gonna see if I can fix it next patch.
