+New models
+New voice actors, including the narrator from "The Stanley Parable"
+New textures.
+Multiplayer which looks pretty cool.
+The game will be updated without re-buying it, so if you buy it now the game will eventually update with Xen at no cost which you should know.

Well, it is early access, and will be updated in the future with Xen for free as long as you got the retail version.

There are still perks for buying it now like the new models, and of course the new and amazing multiplayer everyone has been hyped for.

But the free version won't be as advance and as cool looking as the retail and to my knowledge the free version won't EVER include Xen unless Black Mesa devs are nice enough to still let part of the game be free.

I would still but it if I were you, the devs deserve the money. They gave us more then half the game already for free and they want it for cheap, but you can buy it or not your choice.
