are you going for skillbased or levelbased rpg-elements? i.e. you get skills by doing things or get levels and add skillpoints in the desired skills. one doesn't exclude the other but i like the elderscrolls type of leveling.

it has identical gameplay. i wouldn't be able to sell a game called earthquake with identical gameplay and visual style to any of the quake games.

also i'm not mad or anything, as long as they can get away whith it why not.

becuse there is rippoff and then there is clone. not saying it is a bad game or anything but heroes of might and magic isn't either.

i've found a similar glitch. when the game is stretched over my 1680x1050 monitor everything works fine. but if i stretch it over my display that is 1920x1080 i can click on the menu on the right.

no i left it running unsupervised for 4-5 hours. gotta kill all the cows now and take back the terrain from all the trees. hopefully there won't be treants in the near future :O

are you going to fix rescalable windowmode in next patch? :)

i'm a try before buy guy. the few array of games that actually matches my taste i buy but i have loads of games that just gets installed, run once and then uninstalled thus not making buying every game i want to try feasable. i spend most of my gaming budget on indie games though since many of them are wonderful timewasters and tries things that big companies don't dare.

something really nice would be to get a one hour trail of every game so you can decide if the game suits you. however many companies wouldn't dare to use this method because it would diminish sales since they can't fool customers into buying shovelware. indie companies don't loose on this method though cuse if they have made a good game people will buy it.

now i'm gonna play some beep and if it suits me i will buy it.

now don't get me wrong. i love fps games. but the perspective I'm most in love with is third person since there aren't many tps on pc. one of my top three games of all time is the first max payne game and i have always wanted a mutiplayer max payne/counter strike hybrid with some of the wallcover elements of operation winback. that is why i'm a bit sad.

No because freedom of speech is not a personal occurrence, it is not relative. what you describe is an opinion. Again, moddbs decision to remove this mod was based on moddbs opinions and morals (the thinking it would harm the community) not freedom of speech.

Another person who haven't got it. They state that they support freedom of speech while removing a mod, breaking the freedom of speech. The error lies not in that they have opinions and strategies but that they even mention freedom of speech as a way to calm people who might be making mods or games with controversial content that isn't illegal in any way shape or form.

Yes the mod were a controversial way of getting attention which included graphical violence that people are describing as disgusting, unnecessary and outright wrong and the makers of this site has every reason, based on their opinions and morals, to remove the content from their website but they are not allowed claim supporting freedom of speech which they just have breached.
