Does this work on Android through the means of an emulator or a DarkPlaces mod?

I am sure going to mess around with this and make it run better on Android.

Or the devs could have just trolled the fans by pretending to abandon the game and possibly releasing it on Christmas.

And I responded why you shouldn't want it. I'll recap it, the developers don't have the time to develop the game and they have lives. They're most likely still in school. Leave the developers alone and find something else other than the PSP.

Did I say that you couldn't? Did I say you were poor? I'm a college student and it took me years to save up for a PC.
"We" You're the one, clearly getting extremely tense.
I said you have other options, I'm not going to call you an idiot. I'm more mature than that. If you can't afford it, get a part-time job or start saving up.

Get a Shield for $200 and stream it for $665 or wait for COD WAW to be on Nvidia's GRID service so you can stream WAW to your Shield or use your Shield to run the official COD Zombies game.
NZ:P is pretty much a lost cause at this moment since the developers have no time on their hands to develop the game. Leave the developers alone, they have lives.

False, The Shield is an extra option if you want streaming, if you just want more Zombies than you can get by with the $430 PC

Pcpartpicker.com + Shield Tablet $200 + WaW =$665

World at War is $15 at this moment and you don't need BO2 or BO1 when you have World at War Custom Zombies, you can always wait for a Steam Sale which would drop the price to $5.

Streaming requires a minimum of 802.11n router which is over a decade old.

I'm also not spoiled, I started with a $500 PC that took me a few years to save up and upgraded every 1-2 years or so.

Do you want WAW (Steam Version), I'll be happy to send the extra copy to gift you it through Steam. When you do get your laptop back or save up for a PC.

False. A PC can be as cheap as you want if you build it. This PC can easily run BF4 at 720p or 1080p, COD WAW and Black OPs 2 at maxed settings 1080p 60FPS. Not to mention any custom built rig will be much faster than the ones you find in a store.

You are just one of the examples of the fanboys that exert an obscene amount of dedication toward a couple of minors that try to develop a game from home. I'm going to inform you that there are other option besides the dead PSP system.
1) Get a gaming laptop; most low-end gaming laptops can easily run COD WAW Custom Zombies maxed out at 1080p 60FPS.
2) Get an Nvidia Shield; COD BO2 can be streamed to the Shield from anywhere with low latency and the Shield can run emulators including PSP.
3) Build a small form factor gaming PC or just a gaming PC; With the current technology, any low-end PC can run games at 1080p 60FPS.

Fun Fact: In the time, NZ:P was presumably "dead" or inactive. Fans of the game could have learned QuakeC/C#/Java, or Blender/Maya or Photoshop/GIMP to have the capability of developing their own games or help develop NZ:P, etc.

You would be playing with bots most of the time and playing with bots gets kind of old after 30 minutes. Stating that MOH is just mindless shooting only enforced my point that MOH has already accomplished what COW is trying to do and COW brings nothing new to the table. Playing something I've seen before but at a lower scale limits the replay value which is also I would play MOH over COW.

MOH:H sold under 3 million copies according to vgchartz.com
Vgchartz.com

Stating COW is free doesn't strengthen your point, it contradicts with what you said. The >3 million people aren't going to come back to the PSP and play COW nor do they even know this game exists.

I don't expect anyone to care, however that some people take the dead PSP scene to extreme heights. It's not hard to realize that the PSP is almost 11 years old and there are better alternatives than the PSP. Notable example is Android or the PC indie scene, to get into Android gaming you could save up for an Nvidia Shield, Nexus Tablet or a cheap Chinese THL T6S smartphone to play Minecraft, COD Zombies, GTA SA, and plenty more great games that I believe the dev for COW would rather develop for. The PC indie scene is full of great games and PC has become more and more affordable to start gaming on. You can build a $400-$600 PC that can run Battlefield 4 at 1080p Medium or Ultra Settings. Some laptops cost that much and can't even touch BF4. ScatterBOx got a Small Form Factor PC with a mid-range GPU that can run BF4 at 1080p Medium Settings @60FPS and I believe it was $500ish. The point this there are better alternatives than the PSP scene which most PSP indie games you wouldn't play for an hour or so.

By the looks of it, you would play a game that has a short campaign, a skirmish mode that is just mindless shooting at bullet sponges and find it to have replay value. This game doesn't offer anything new to the table, it's basically a generic WW2 shooter on the PSP that are hyping for some reason. Medal of Honor has already done that on the PSP and I would rather play that game over COW:1944.

Most of you need to step away from the dead PSP community. Build a gaming PC and get an Nvidia shield tablet or the regular shield and stream COD World At War or COD Black Ops 2 to it to play zombies on the go.

How will you keep yourself and your team, motivated throughout the next couple months of development on NZ:P?

Also, how will you keep yourself from playing DayZ again?
