It isn't a black market somewhere in the map, it's only a little thing on the home screen...

What about a "black market" where you can buy new weapons/equipment (armour/special detonators or something like that). The UI is a bit transparent and there are different categories and there is an smuggler or owner of this shop, he greet you and "interact" with you.
You earn money through getting points, something like 50 points = 1 credit
Just a little idea which could integrate in the beta or final version of this game.
