is this dead? i'd really like to be able to play portal 1 multiplayer

i actually have a question about mods not working, does that mean period? or will there be a mod folder on the server files where you can put any mods (for if we want to use a map mod such as trucksimmap and a peterbilt or kenworth truck mod)? or will that be blocked as well

@roflcake im unable to install the mod with the new installer, is there any chance you could upload a version of 0.4b using the old way, as the new installer stops responding when it gets to desktop.ini, and its really annoying being stuck on 0.3b
