I don't think there is a model, only the texture in the game files :/
maybe they used hammer to apply the model to the weapon prop and there is no actual v_portalgun2.mdl file that exists :I
There is no model in the game files as the final model replaced all the other models, getting access to the BETA would give us the model and so much more.
