I'm not sure I understand your question. The Portals do not emit their colours on the nearby geometry if that's what you mean, but they appear bright as if they are glowing.

Sorry for not helping I lost access to this account and just got it back. To install you must first decompress the the Swirls.rar file. Then if you haven't already go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal\portal (or where ever your portal is installed) and create a folder called "custom" without the speech marks. Like so: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal\portal\custom You then drag the Swirls folder in there and everything should work fine.

No, I somehow broke this before uploading the Portals. The crosshair seen here was a bad remake of mine anyway but now the official one is out you can simply put these Portals into the mod with the official crosshair.

there is no command, you have to go to bonus and select X06 maps if you want the alternative crosshair.

There is no model in the game files as the final model replaced all the other models, getting access to the BETA would give us the model and so much more.

I want the actual betas but no one will release them which i dont understand Valve gave them out to some people but they wont share them. Why did Valve specifically chose them?
