I'd love more revanchism, and more native countries in America with populations near pre-contact.

Hey, I've found a rather big issue. For whatever reason, Central American states are able to get projects to build a Clothes Factory, which requires Machine Parts once it gets to building a Clothes Factory. No machine parts are being produced at game start, which means these countries are spending hundreds to thousands on things that don't exist, probably bankrupting them multiple times over once their "Unrecognized nation" modifier goes away.

Just one question, why does Pietermaritzburg get renamed to Durban if a Boer state forms South Africa?
