well aussie are a bit racist to there natives i don't think they give them much at all or care about them
reminds me of my last visit to italy, i went with the train and 2 US americans joined us. i asked them if they speak english. "Yes, uh... AMERICAN english"

Geography makes a major difference. " Cockney " is English too they say, but what American can understand 1/2 of it much less speak any of it ? Not me !
