Who: NCR and Caesar's Legion
When/Where: Fallout New Vegas
Two Polar opposites, a Democracy and an Autocracy, The NCR and Legion are two Superpowers fighting each other over control of the Mojave wasteland and elsewhere. Both organizations are huge in stature, but also both corrupt in their ideologies and execution. The NCR reflects a conventional corrupt state government while the Legion is a slowly dying dictatorship led by one man with no heirs.
I never picked a side during this conflict, I fought them both.
