Did you start to experience this only with the last update or is this the first time that you try running the game?
Also, what OS do you run and what kind graphics processor do you have?

Right now a great majority of our users are living in Europe and to some degree America, and unfortunately I think that right now it may be hard to find good games for someone in your part of the world, especially as there are no regular servers that I'm aware of that are based outside of Europe/USA/Canada right now.
I would be great with more players from Australia, New Zealand and Asia in the future though, and hopefully there will be.

Keep in mind that the game is still quite young and does not have a large player base yet. We have some promo related stuff in the works though, which should bring more attention to the game in the near future.

Be sure to check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may be incorrectly identified as spam.

That sounds strange as there should always be at least a couple of servers avaliable. Maybe you are experiencing the same problem with displaying text as the guy below? There should be some activity on at least some server during most of the day, but there are still some hours at which it can be completely empty in there.

This is unfortunately an issue on some GPUs. (only integrated ones from Intel as far as I know)

While I wouldn't count it out, single player modes are not something planned for the near future. As for the price it's very hard to predict what a reasonable price for the finished product will be as we are still very far from considering it finished, and were we ever to charge that much for it then the game would at that point would be so much more rich in content than the Alpha that is currently avaliable.

You are absolutely right about that the community is still of a very modest size, but we are currently making efforts to bring in more new players in the near future.
Most servers that are usually avaliable (as well as most of the community at large) are based in Europe, so until there are more people in other parts of the world willing to host servers you may have problems finding a game with acceptable latency if you are not located in Europe.

If you get that message I'm pretty sure that you don't have the latest client executable. Make sure that you run the game with the launcher (KFY.exe) or manually run KFY_Patcher.exe. It could possibly be the Windows Firewall that is blocking the patcher app or something like that. Do you get any error messages if you run the patcher app manually?

I don't think that we will ever add those things as something permanent that all players have access to at all times, but I like the idea of having things such as a jetpack as some sort of powerup so that you may use weapons simultaneously.

Hmm that's strange. Haven't heard of anyone else having such problems with the last patch. So you are unable to connect to any of the servers? And you also have problems with getting disconnected from the master server while in the lobby? What kind of messages, if any, do you get? And what does the ping indicators for the servers look like?

That is a great point.
It will all come down to whether or not we are able to get an user base large enough to make sure that there are always opportunities to find populated servers (and preferrably one with good latency).
We are currently making an effort to bring more attention to the game and this should bring in quite a bit of new players in the near future.

There shouldn't be any problems with getting disconnected spontaneously from the master server with the current client executable.
Make sure that you patch your game to the latest version by running it with the launcher rather than launching the client software directly.

The game is currently online only.
While there may very well be single player modes eventually, this is not something that is planned for the immediate future.

The price is not likely to be dropped, but the game should only get better from here on now and will hopefully look more worth it to you down the line.
As for jetpacks, we have been talking about adding a weapon for the next release that can be used sort of like a jetpack.
A grappling hook could definitely be an interesting addition and may very well be something that we add eventually.

I've actually never heard of anyone having this particular problem before.
What kind of video card do you have and what OS are you running?
