Any chance for a demo? Anything above $10 should really have a demo version IMO.

Linux port please?
props for including gamepad support. please make sure to include support for generic gamepads (e.g. Logitech dual action - new version and old) not just xbox or ps3.
Is there any RPG-type combat in this or is it only decision-making?
Does sound work out of the box on Ubuntu 12.04 with this one? I'd buy it if it did. There's no demo for me to test it, unfortunately.
I don't pay Desura so that I can hack around with configuration files to get sound working. If I'm paying money for a game it should work on just click & install.
Ok, the 32 bit version runs fine on my 64 bit system. However, the mouse sensitivity is WAY to high and actually makes the game unplayable.since I can't click on anything without trying for a minute first. And I don't see any option to adjust mouse sensitivity in-game.
Neither this nor the other Hacker Evolution game would launch for me. Linux 64-bit. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the honest answer. If I wasn't clear I meant eventually rather than at this very alpha moment. Glad the Linux is being developed side by side along with Windows. But what do you mean then that it might have issues on Linux?
How does it run on Linux? I've seen quite a few games tossed around as "Linux-compatible" that were ported really shoddily. I love the concept and would love to support a game like this that runs natively on Linux.
Yeah, from what I've seen Jeff Vogel doesn't really give a **** about the Linux market. Makes the Linuxers who pirate his stuff totally justified IMO.
I'm getting really tired of Desura mucking up on Linux. Bought two games today that worked fine as demos and then crashed/don't work after I bought the full version.
So... I bought the full version of the game, installed Version -> Full through Desura, but the game is still telling me "That area is not accessible in the demo" when I click some areas on the world map. Did I miss something? Or did Desura or the game break? Would be nice to have this fixed though since I bought the game.
Demo was enjoyable and I want to support the dev for including homosexual romance in the game, which is rare to see. But given the gameplay style I can't justify $25. The artworkis beautiful and there is strategy, but it's a lot of point and click at still images without cutscenes for any of the potentially cool stuff like using your explosives/sneak/etc. skills. I'll probably pick it up when it goes on sale.
I bought this because the comments made it sound like it works on Linux. Whenever I click launch on the game nothing happens. Any suggestions?
Sound doesn't work in demo on Ubuntu 11.04
