Loving the graphics, I thought, Wow! you really put a lot of design effort in, the sonar console really had the "look", in both texture colour and the "furniture", knobs/switches etc etc, I've handled lots of old equipment from that era, some of it ex mil, so I was quite impressed, then I read on...and saw that research was part of your passion, it's paid off!

I like the concept, the restrictions are wonderful! just like in a real sub of the era, good call on loss of sonar during depth charges, very realistic.

Hi Frostwood,

I really enjoyed that!

It was nice to see your thought process, I'm not a coder, composer and sometimes a cnc programmer...So to be able to see it from your perspective, decision wise and reasons why, was really enlightening.

I can hear clarity in the audio, I was listening hard for noise on the train sound, it sounds like a real train, but the click of the wheels skipping on rail tracks is so clean above the noise floor at the end of the loop, that I thought it might be synthesis, you did say it was a 30 sec clip...so...is it a real train?

Nice touch on the tree shadows...

And finally, I want to encourage you, the idea behind the game is thoughtful, introspective, and in a lot of ways, cathartic! well done, I am impressed, I think you might have a hit, it piqued my interest...

Hi BigBoot,

liking the colour and vibe, old style! sit back, relax and swim through space...

The music and effects are lacking in clarity, they sound muffled on my system, like it was mixed on really bright speakers, hence the dull top end and congested midrange.

The cause may be the youtube algorithm, if your audio levels are too high they can destroy your audio, it might be a good idea to pass your audio through a LUFS meter before upload, as long as it's close to youtubes spec it should sound like you recorded it...here's a link that might help.
