For my studies at university, I had to come up with ideas for the cinema of the future. One of the tasks was to work out a concept, which shows a part of the cinema and the second task was to develop a terminal for tickets for the movies. These are my finished products. My idea for the cinema was to do a mix between a park and a modern cinema. The concept shows a part of the park, which also includes the ticket terminal. I'm aware of the fact that the terminal doesn't fit into the scene, because it's more rendered than the concept of the environment and the lightsetting doesn't fit. But, you have to notice that I really didn't have the time to finish that detail properly, because of bad time-management.
I'm quite proud of the terminal, because it looks quite realistic. I've never rendered anything to that high degree and I think that it looks quite awesome. Had the idea to go with a simplistic and futuristic design style from the get go and I think I was able to bring that vision to life.
