Dude, my mistake on the article point, I didn't know of the site's limitations somy apologies for it. Well, all we can do is wait and see but know that trust goes both ways. You could have prevented all of this rage storm coming to you by being more transparent weeks before deciding to move the mod's release date over the deadline without any kind of notification (don't take it the wrong way, not judging you).

At this point I'm concerned for the future of this mod. While the concept is very cool and I know that people have lives to attend to, the lack of communication to the audience is a big red flag and also the fact that this mod page hasn't been updated in months showcasing new work.
To make things even worse, we were promised an article about the mod status a week ago and there are no clear signs of said article even being worked on.
I know that the author's friend will reply to me "he owes you nothing" or some BS like that but I think that is a very fair point that excited people are concerned about what could be their new favorite mod.
All what people are asking are answers to what seems shady practices at this point.
I hope no one gets annoyed by this and that the mod actually comes out because I was really looking to it.

Thanks for replying. Just a question. Where in the cheat menu? I recall something about change weather to turn fog of war off but I can't seem to be able to deactivate it.

Hello, this is a good mod, it has a lot of potential. Just a friendly advice, get rid of the "fog of war" mechanic or make the player able to turn it off. I suggest this because is kind of annoying to roam around the map (that has too little settlements) trying to find something and to be attacked by bandits trying to find settlements.

3.- I don't know Turkish and the guy promised a FULL English patch years ago (the keyword is promised *******) yet we have a half assed translation of the vanilla parts of the game and everything else is in Turkish.
4.- If you feel so entitled to give your "tough guy" solutions on the Internet, go no, do the patch yourself, be the hero we have been waiting for half a decade.

"very soon" m8, literally 5 years have passed and even the translations in the copy of Steam Workshop aren't accurate

I can't play the mod. My game is fully updated and this is the only mod I have problems with.
The error goes like this: RGL ERROR: Unable to open file/ In the Name of Jeruslem/Resource/map_icon_meshes.brf
I've checked all of my mods and such file doesn't exist, yet my mods work correctly. Thanks for reading

I have played your mod for a little bit and I found some issues.
1.- When I was loading the game some messages regarding missing shaders popped up. But because of this I didn't have any problems playing.
2.- Weapons merchants don't sell useful weapons: By this I mean that in the weaponsmith menu you get a lot of melee weapons, some ammo but no functional weapons (I visited a lot of towns and I just got the "Ottoman pistol (left hand) which I assume is a shield.
Anyways, I had fun playing your mod, so keep up the good work m8

I have followed this mod development for years but is it dead? We haven't got any updates or articles for about a year.

I know this post is kind of old but apparently the mod dev actually released the mod with an English translation in it but only downloadable by Steam Workshop. He just plain stopped uploading here.

Somebody please help. I have a working copy of Rome 2 and whenever I try to set the path to the Rome 2.exe it always prompts ERROR:_currentGame is null. It's driving me insane

Well, I was looking forward to a new update but we all have waited 4 years and nothing. Even with some activity on Discord we should declare this as dead. Like, the guy just randomly threw some pics after years and then dissapeared again.

The mod is pretty good. The only inconvenience I found was the bad performance (over 6 minutes justo to get to the main menu). I hope you can continue this awesome project because it has a lot of potential.
