Why all the factions, except the Ziyarids and Abbasids, do not attack at all, and do not make locks. I play for Byzantium, because they only burn villages and do not even try to besiege the city

are you sure you have installed it correctly ?
there must be no problem with horses
and yes some lords do not wear uniforms when they are in their castle that's kind of a bug :D
