My name is Mike, and I am a programmer and designer for Grand Heist, an indie game being developed by Grand Games. I program in C++ and UnrealScript most of the time, but do some Java programming on the side. The engines I have experience working with include: ~Unreal Engine 3 ~Source Engine ~Torque Game Engine Advanced ~Cryengine 2
Here is a project I had for my school and I had to model any object I chose. I chose my first-gen nintendo DS. I had about 2 weeks to work on this, and I put about 5 hours a week into it. (It took so long because when we started it, we didn't know the tools. So we had to learn as we went along)
I think I did a pretty good job at it, but I am NOWHERE near any of the current modeler's talents obviously.
Also, I didn't have enough time to finish the area where the buttons were and I only had about an hour or two to finish the bottom/back part. So over all I think I was rushed so the quality obviously suffered.
awesome!
First model?! Wow this is awespme!
Thanks dude! Only took me two weeks to create :P
