Having played Katana, and loving it, even though I found it very challenging (which is good) and having played Polar Paradise, I downloaded the demo for The Real World. The first think I noticed was that I really like the kung fu system. It is deeper than Kenneth Yeung's original system (which is still incredible) and I like the two systems, both kung fu (/other systems) and trickster. The trailers are amazing.

One of my critiques about the demo was that using guns did not have extra-smooth matrix animations when playing through the max payne levels as Neo. However, the animations in the trailers are completely cool. I have also played, and currently play from time to time, Matrixed Reality Nightstrike Edition. The gun animations in MRNE are better than TRWDemo, but the gun bullet-time in TRWTrailer is much better than those in MRNE. A few glitches in the TRWDemo are not being able to face Vinny Gognitti when playing through the MP Levels and Jack Lupino's level ending after you defeat all of his goons, but not necessarily him. You probably already know of these, but I just though that I would reiterate.

Even though the Dojo level is good, and I am sure that the Matrix Levels will be awesome, I think that it will still be cool to replay the old MP levels as Neo with his cool Matrix abilities. One question, will there be a "construct level" like MRNE where you can enter the construct to stock up on guns before choosing a mission?

The Kung Fu is great, and the trailers have me expecting even better. If anything I said helped or encouraged anyone, I am glad. You have at least one fan who is excited. Keep up the good work.

On another note, I really like this mod. It appears that all of the moves that Preston does are straight out of the film. The character models are really well done, and I like how each character has different animations. The story line was a great addition too. I especially like the dark room first chapter: Epic!

I agree. In Max Payne and Max Payne 2, you could save or quick save on the normal difficulty, but if you went to the hardest (Dead on Arrival mode) you could only save 4 times on the level, which meant that you really had to decide when to save, because there was no autosave in Max Payne.
I think that It would be cool to choose.

If you are definitely going to do autosave only, I would make the levels rather short, or I would autosave after a big battle. I think Call of Duty 4 did this well. For example, in the Bog level: I died so many times trying to save the tank my first time, but when I finally did, it autosaved, so I didn't have to save the tank all over again when I died trying to do the next objective.

Oh, and I would definitely include the ability to replay any level you'd like after you play through.

This mod looks good. Keep it up and don't give up. You got huge potential. Live up to it.

I am sooo mad that this mod didn't make it into the top 100. Was it because it won awards last year that it wasn't eligible? Because I know it is worthy of the #1 mod in progress.

This map looks so immersive! I love the misty atmosphere. Great job. This mod looks like it could be my favorite. I loved the demo, btw. Esp the Christmas level.

I have SWBF2 for the PS2. I really like it, but I hardly play online. Is this game/mod alive enough to justify buying SWBF2 for the computer so I can play this with you guys? Please tell me cuz this looks so cool!

Because it is on source engine :/ Servers are supposed to be able to turn it off if they want to, so you should be able to ask your server admin to turn it off for an authentic game!

I like it! I wish you could see the barrel when you use up a clip, but I like the textures, colouring and shading. :D Much better than I can do!

This game is awesome! If a server is crowded, ask the moderator to change it to TEAM DEATHMATCH instead of the classic DEATHMATCH. Deathmatch is better with less people or else it gets too hectic. <_< Personally, I prefer Team Deathmatch (more targets and you don't have to watch your back as much)! See you all out there!

If this catches on, I will have to buy UT3. (I don't have it) I love the Tiberium Universe from C&C. Maybe this will be the definitive Tiberium Universe shooter, like Tiberium, the game, was supposed to be before it cancelled.

Please let this come out for TW on the Mac, because I only have TW on the Mac and not Kane's Wrath, or a PC and this mod looks AWESOME!

It says it only works on PC, Linux. If my MAC has the Spring engine, can I run Spring:1944?
