The speeds are variables (skills), they are increased with leveling up and with getting items.
Also, different projectiles have different speeds.

Thanks for your comment.Sure our game will not have horror elements, and we are working heavily on optimization. Moreover the game will run very smooth on low-end computers using medium settings. The optimization will exist from the pre-alpha since our machine is e mid range PC.

I don't really have the time to do it, however i can give you the tutorial that helped me one year ago. You must have Unity PRO because the AI is using the NavMeshAgent which is available only on Unity PRO.
