I just have done all the steps in the video incluidind patch, kingdoms.exe ...and it doesnt go when it launch, just a message of mediavl 2 suffer a fatal error and will exit, so sad cose looking foward this to much

i have a question im in the skavens team and i conquered a pirates city .. can make the pirates villages turn into skaven ones ?? because i dont want ******* pirates in my army
