I'll give what feedback I have so far, because I'd love this mod to continue to succeed.

In the first start date I've played a few games and noticed that the Druidic tribes, especially in spain and southern gaul, can become very powerful and unified very quickly. It hurts immersion a fair bit and is largely due to them having access to the eldership succession law. I'd probably remove this, as I find that Carthage and the western Greeks and Phoenicians always get annihilated by the celtic doomstacks.

Following the same notion, the Germanic and North Germanic tribes always seem to be annihilated by the gauls and balts, when historically in this period it was the other way around. I'm not exactly sure how to prevent this, but perhaps by altering some casus bellis that Balts have, and providing better casus bellis to Ingvistic and Wodanist religions?

Otherwise, I love what you've done with the Hellenic religions, especially by including the oracle of delphi. Is there a plan to create an event chain that converts Etruscan/Oscan religion into Italo-Greek religion that I see in later start dates?

One final question. Is there a plan to make all minor pagan religions reformable, as I noticed that the reform religion button has been removed (from what I could see).

Very cool, the interface will take getting use to. One thing I find irritating though is that there is not a very good visual definition between independant states on the political map mode. Perhaps making that more pronounced will help.

Very excited to see you're still working on this, I've wanted to do this for so long but have no skill in art so knew it would be a huge task. When you get the discord running hit me up, I've made Mercenary Kings on the steam workshop before I abandoned the project due to indifference and have a degree in history and theology. I'd love to do what I can to help the project.

I'm having trouble installing. I downloaded the torrent, but when I try to run the installer it crashes my Windows Explorer.

I'm running Windows 8, should I run in compatibility mode?

One problem is that the PKM looks like a PPD-40 in the inventory.
Perhaps create a new icon?

The Mosin is AMAZING, I'm really loving both its looks and its practicality. (As well as the badassery of the PU scope)

I'm really keen on the M16A1 because 5.56 is so goddamn easy to get my hands on, but I'm wondering... is there any possibility that you could make it compatible with an M203 or SUSAT scope?

for example
M16A1 + SUSAT = M16A1 w/ SUSAT
M16A1 + M203 = M16A1 w/ M203
M16A1 w/ M203 + SUSAT = M16A1 w/ M203 and SUSAT
M16A1 w/ SUSAT + M203 = M16A1 w/ M203 and SUSAT

I don't know if that's too much of a pain for you to do, because I don't know if you are making the in-game models.

But REALLY good work with the mod.
