Nice to see than is optional. In Red Alert 1 it was very tedious to be depending on these silos.

If this will be like a Super power from a Special building (something like "Mutate" from the "Genetic Mutator") will be more fair.I see a squad of this soldiers changing/mutating the rivals infantry and become one overwhelming squad.

¿What about the possibility of deactivating the silos? After collecting many credits the "Silos needed" becomes very annoying.

¿Is there a possibility of going back to the old Russian Narrator from Red Alert 1? The new one sounds very "Russian" (yes, it is more accurate to the faction, but it sounds very....out of the game). Or maybe, the option to change this in a menu.
